Every day of the Challenge, walk 9,000 steps plus choose one habit from four categories - CONNECT, REST, LEARN, CREATE -  the core pillars of mental wellbeing. Do the same habit every day or mix it up. The goal is building sustainable practices, not perfection.

Along the way, unlock self-care strategies, mental health tips, and exclusive LIVIN content - reinforcing the connection between movement and mental well-being.
