Why I’m Taking on the LIVIN Better Challenge
Having battled with mental health in my late 30s and early 40s I understand how a negative state of mind can easily creep into your life and creating awareness and leading by example on how to stave off this spiral of unhealthy thoughts is something I’m passionate about and gives me purpose.
Moving your body everyday has to be the simplest and most fundamental things every person can do to manufacture positive hormones in your body.
Add a friendly conversation with that exercise, some sunshine and good nutrition and you’ve got the essential building blocks do not just a healthy body but a healthy mind.
They are absolutely interconnected and so by doing this challenge and sharing this message, I hope that anybody who’s battling unhealthy thoughts will be inspired to move more and start building positive habits into their lives, one step at a time.
