Why I’m Taking on the LIVIN Better Challenge
Meant health isn’t something that can be switched on and off. It’s a process to even just work on and prioritise every day. Having suffered with mental health issues since a teenager, this is something close to my heart.Â
For the month of May, I’m taking on the LIVIN Better Challenge while raising funds for mental health. 9 people lose their battle everyday, so the simple aim is 9000 steps.Â
Movement has helped me find the sanity and allows me the chance to switch off from the world and just focus on me.
By fundraising through the LIVIN Better Challenge, I’m helping support LIVIN’s mental health education programs for young people across Australia. Programs that start conversations early, break stigma, and give young people the tools and confidence to ask for help when they need it most.Â
