Why I’m Taking on the LIVIN Better Challenge
Mental health isn’t something we can switch on and off — it’s something we need to prioritise every day.
As a leader and manager, I know how easy it is to put others first and your own wellbeing second. This challenge is a reminder to me that you can’t pour from an empty cup.
That’s why I’m taking on the LIVIN Better Challenge — committing to 9,000 steps a day and small, daily actions that support my mental wellbeing.
I’m also doing this to support LIVIN’s mental health education programs for young people across Australia — helping break stigma and encourage early conversations.
