Mental health isn’t something we can switch on and off.

It’s something we need to nurture, prioritise, and show up for every single day.

That’s exactly why I’m taking on the LIVIN Better Challenge this May with my Friends at Fit Life Bootcamp, and why I’m inviting you to do it with me.

But this isn’t just about steps.

It’s about rebuilding consistency.
It’s about reconnecting with your body.
It’s about creating a lifestyle that actually supports you.

For the next 31 days, I’ll be walking 9,000 steps daily, committing to one simple habit, and leading a movement of women who are ready to stop starting over.
